01 How we work
Main contractors hand us a scope; we agree clear rates against measured output and a programme to work to. No day-rate drift, no half-finished hand-overs ~ GFS self-delivers the labour, plant and supervision and carries the package from setting-out to inspection-ready completion.
Two decades on rail and heavy civils mean we read a drawing the way the site reads it: tolerances, possessions, isolations and the standards an auditor will check. That is why our prices stand up and our work stays signed off.
02 What we deliver
From the running line to the retaining wall ~ packages we price, build and own end to end. Each pane cycles through real examples of the work.
Trackside and lineside civils delivered under RISQS: platform and station works, drainage, troughing, hardstandings, foundations and structures ~ sequenced around possessions and isolations by teams who work to Network Rail standards.
Reinforced concrete to spec: foundations, bases, slabs, pours and structures ~ rebar fixed, formed and finished to tolerance.
Retaining walls, civil and structural walls, gabions, abutments and drainage ~ built to hold and built to last.
Bulk and detailed excavation, muck-away, site enabling, levels, drainage and hard landscaping ~ the groundworks that get every other trade started on programme.
